Workshops and resources

As we all know, often the best youth work takes place during everyday interaction and conversations with young people. But there are also a lot of resources that can help you run sessions or workshops and explore global issues with young people in a structured way.

Y Care International has produced various resource packs for youth workers to help young people explore issues such as child soldiers and youth justice. Contact us for more info.

Members of our Youth Workers Network also receive a global youth work resource pack filled with sessions and workshops - join now and get yours!

Below are links to resources and activities designed by other organisations to help you carry out global youth work. Although some of these materials have been designed with schools in mind, it's easy to adapt many of the activities so they can be used in an informal and youth work setting.
